My goal is to produce students that are globally minded, self-directed, goal-oriented and technologically literate. To obtain this goal, I like to use STEM is a curriculum based on the idea of educating students in four specific disciplines — science, technology, engineering and mathematics — in an interdisciplinary and applied approach. Rather than teach the four disciplines as separate and discrete subjects, STEM integrates them into a cohesive learning paradigm based on real-world applications. I have recognized that there is a need to implement science inquiry so that they are effective and successful adults in the real world. Therefore, I give many challenging activities, labs, projects and assignments that require research to give students a better understanding of the topic being taught. I hope to obtain more technology in the classroom by providing my students with iPads with Wifi so it will enhance their learning experience.
