I am so excited to provide my students with the opportunity to explore music, both independently and in groups. Having a music center will allow me to enhance our preschool themes and the students' learning. Students will benefit from learning sounds and words through music. They will also benefit by the movement and their ability to be creative with the instruments and scarves. Language skills are enhanced with the repetition of music. Learning should always be memorable and fun. The music center in our classroom will provide students with the opportunities to learn through something that interests them, which increases their learning potential. It will also aid in the development of fine and gross motor skills for our developing preschoolers.
