I want to create a comfortable environment, where learning and growth are encouraged. The items on this list are items that I would normally not be able to purchase with my budget money. Things like magnetic poetry will encourage word interaction. A diffuser and oils will create a calming and uplifting environment. Books will provide them with lots of choices for independent reading. Breakout boxes will allow hands on learning to introduce and/or test skills and knowledge. Clipboards allow students to move around the classroom. The camera allows us to immediately document and celebrate student success. This is just a start!! All of the items I'm requesting help making the learning environment individualized for each student and make it a place students want to be.
