Wobble chairs will allow my tiny humans to have the option to move around while they are being asked to complete a task for learning. While on a wobble chair, students can still sit at a table, but can wobble around while they working. These are especially helpful for students who have ADHD or other special needs. It also allows an outlet for nervous or high energy students. I currently have 3 chairs in my classroom of 26 students. Right now, only my most severe needs students get to use the chairs, but all of my students want to be able to move more than sitting in a chair at a table will allow. They all ask to use the wobble chair. I want to give the option of using a wobble stool to more students in my class. Kindergarteners are asked to do so much more than in years past. They are in school for 6 1/2 hours a day. Some days when it rains, we are stuck in our classroom all day and then the need to move really increases. Please help my students have the choice to move while they work!
