44.2% of the students in our school receive free or reduced-price lunch, which is higher than the state average and have high financial needs. Most of my students are trying to overcome the challenges that are often associated with poverty. My students' families are most often simply unable to afford the basic school supplies that we use throughout the year. In spite of these challenges, I know that my students are capable of achieving great things because every year I see my students meet and exceed the highest standards!

About my class
