These new books will complete the new class sets of reading group books that I am working on acquiring for my students. These updated books will spark students' interests and allow them to read a variety of genres. My students have a range of reading interests so I'm trying to get newer books to engage them in reading. My students also have a wide range of reading levels so I'm trying to get books on the levels of all my students. The students would use the books daily for reading groups to work on their reading comprehension, literacy, and love for reading. My students love books and I want them to continue to like reading and these new books would greatly help. We are working hard to increase all students reading comprehension so having books for each student in the reading groups would be a huge benefit to them.
