As we all know, Middle schoolers are FULL of energy, and it can be hard for them to sit still. As a teacher, it can drive me crazy when they are up and walking around. By giving them alternative seats, students who need to move can bounce up and down while also staying focused and in their seats. These seats will help my kids be physically and mentally engaged in my lesson. They can get movement in while also paying attention to the lesson. I am going to allow students to sign up for the flex seats if they need it. Studies show students do better when given options. I also have a few students with ADHD who need to move in order to stay focus, the seats will allow them to move, and stay focused
