This printer will allow students to see their digital artwork come alive in physical form. It will allow students the opportunity to present digital artwork to art shows, galleries, and college portfolios. Students will have the ability to take digital drawings that they hand drew on the ipad and put them into the public eye in a physical form. The students will be creating fine art pieces on a digital platform which is part of 21st century art skills. These are skills that will make them more marketable in the job market and the printer will give them a physical way to submit works to colleges and art galleries and shows. Our school does not have any color photo printing capability and this would be a huge asset to our program.

About my class
