My students enjoy creating. They look forward to bringing simple objects, art work, and designs to life. With the items in the maker space area they will be able to work hands-on by creating objects, movies, paintings, tissue paper art and more, to show their content learning in a fun and creative way. With these items, our classroom will be one where students choice and voice is heard throughout, and children work comfortably and collaboratively together to complete learning tasks. Flexible seating options such as balance balls, stools, and lap desks, will lessen disruptive behaviors and provide students the opportunities to make responsible decisions towards their learning.
