Math can be a challenging subject for many students and actually it can incite fear and anxiety in some to a point of debilitation. I want to create a fun and safe classroom environment for all of my students and also supply them with whatever tools they need to be successful in their own particular learning style. Sensory objects will assist challenged students in concentration and memory retention. Graphic display calculators and graphing white boards are essential tools which will be used on a daily basis to master and link concepts and solution methods. I want to create excitement for students to learn math in a fun and safe atmosphere while increasing their curiosity to learn more! These materials will help me make math fun and accessible to all students. I want them to want to learn and want to come to my class every single day.
