With the "Awesome Eagle" mascot, students will be motivated at school "Yell Spells" where students are recognized for academic achievements; the Atten'dance' on Fridays where students that have perfect attendance for the week get to dance and at parent involvement nights to convey a feeling of school-wide family. "Awesome Eagle" will be on the scene to show he cares about the students and promote pride to be an awesome eagle and do your best every day. The power of a good school climate can never be underestimated. If kids like school, they will show up and be ready to learn every day!
