I want my student and their families to have the tools necessary to learn without the financial burden of supplying materials and resources. I want them to achieve their highest potential by engaging in interactive notebooks. Notebooks will aid AVID students with organization, reading, and comprehension.The whiteboard will aid my visual learners and keep a safe, clutter free classroom. Chu Ju's House by Gloria Whelan paints the story of a young 12 year old Chinese girl experienceing hardship and understanding her own individuality. I want my students to relate and reflect on her story as well as build an understanding for diversity and community.

About my class
