Having a classroom library of leveled books will give my students the opportunity to read a variety of books at their level. The more chances a student has to read the more fluent a reader they become. Having a classroom library will provide my students immediate and continuous availability to books at their level. This is my first year in second grade after teaching first grade for six years. I would love to be able to give my students a library that will improve their fluency and deepen their love of reading. The more chances a student has to read the more their academic success will grow.
