Having flexible seating in the classroom will allow my students to have choices that best fit their learning needs. Each one of my students learn differently, but one way they don't differ is their love for choice seating! Currently, I have a carpet and a few pillows for students to choose from. They look forward to being able to spread out and have plenty of space to work on classroom assignments and projects. Having an enjoyable work space for students will increase engagement and a love for learning. By donating you will help empower students to make their own choices and contribute to an enjoyable classroom environment. Having balance balls will allow students to sit at various table areas around the room. We have an area with classroom computers and a small group table for intervention and enrichment where these would fit perfectly! The floor chairs and lap desks would work well for students when working in pairs, or independent work. Students would be able to use them in all subject areas, and they would be so easy to move around the room in different spaces. Being able to have more options for students to choose from will be another reason why my students love learning!
