My 6th grade students were affected by the pandemic at one of the most crucial transitional stages in their education. They had their last year in elementary school interrupted, and their first year in middle school socially distanced and "masked-up". They alternate between in-person school days and remote learning, spending the majority of their day on the computer. I have the task of engaging the students in front of me, as well as being attentive to the ones at home on the other side of my computer screen. By donating to this project, I can give my students the attention they deserve, and multitask to the best of my ability. Being able to see my students on one screen, and their work on the other, is just one of the simple, yet amazing things I can do with an additional screen. We are all adjusting to this school year, and having this monitor would be a huge support and greatly appreciated.
