This floor funiture will give scholars a personal area to read books and utilize the Listening Center materials. The furniture will be used to furnish our Library Center and our Listening Center. Materials will also allow us to furnish our Peace Corner. This is an area where scholars are able to take time for themselves to regroup and refocus on the daily goal. As an added component of our PBIS curriculum, scholars will no longer be placed outside the classroom. Our scholars will utilize the Peace Corner to refocus. I believe having a place of comfort and bright colors will bring a feeling of trust and peace to our scholars.
