Our students are faced with a variety of academic challenges in which they are expected to be successful in all aspects in their studies. With very little time to settle, I would like to create a time to meditate to cultivate a sense of calmness and clarity to continue their stay in the after school program. My goal is to provide students with their own yoga mat to experience an effective meditation session. With your generous donations, this vision can come to fruition. Students in grades Kng-1st will be granted this opportunity that will ultimately become a daily practice in their lives.
