Since many students have different learning styles, flexible seating would allow my students to adapt to their environment. They would be able to utilize the classroom space in the unique way in which they learn best. They would be able to work in groups or independently, and build a better community within our classroom. Some of my students have learning disabilities that prevent them from focusing on the task at hand, and a conventional classroom prohibits them from being fully engaged. Flexible seating would allow my students to reach their full capability as learners. This new seating arrangement would make my students excited about learning and create an atmosphere where everyone is engaged in the style that best fits them.
