School will begin next week in our county. I am requesting pencils, paper, folders, and more for my students. I want to make sure that my students start on the first day with the basics. Many of my students reside in a homeless shelter nearby. My students are eager to learn, and they need your help to start the school year off with the basic supplies. I will use these resources to create packages for each student to begin the school year. They will not feel left out for not having all of the necessities on the first day of school. Having the basic school resources allows my students to focus on learning and not having to worry about where they are going to get their school supplies.
