My students use technology weekly to read articles on real events and work on their comprehension skills. With the use of these chromebooks, students will be able to have more opportunities to enhance their learning across all content areas. As second graders, my students are transitioning from learning how to read to reading to learn. My students can be literate through not only the use of books but with online text as well. Additionally, this project will allow my students to use chromebooks to enhance their learning through research based projects. Students will be able to utilize the chromebooks when working together on unit studies that we will be working on through different genres of text.
