Baskets will help to organize bilingual classroom library (English and Spanish) and reading corner. Thematic library will help the students to self-select books while in independent reading or silent reading. Students will have an opportunity to read for pleasure books at their level and this will increase their stamina. Borders will serve for students to show off their work throughout the year in bulletin boards in the classroom and in hallways. This way, when parents get invited for open house, conferences, etc. they will be proud to see their children's work and progress. This will also create a sense of community as students from other classes will be able to learn from what is posted.
