Flexible seating in the classroom is a great way to keep all students engaged during learning. I strive to meet the needs of all learners in my classroom by offering flexible seating options. I want to add comfy rugs, so that students are able to use a clipboard and stretch out to do their work. I have also found that wobble stools are great for students who need constant movement to get their wiggles out! My goal is to use a combination of flexible seating, and soft lighting to create a relaxing atmosphere that is conducive to student learning. I was able to purchase a limited amount of flexible seating options last year, and I was amazed at how engaged my students were while able to sit around the room!
