Kindergartners need their own space to be able to focus on the task at hand. Having their supplies at hand will cut down on time getting supplies out of their cubbies. It is important that the students learn organizational skills and keep up with their materials. These chair back buddies will allow the students to become self sufficient in taking care of their needs to complete their assignments. Allowing student to be responsible for their materials gives them that push they need to make the transition from preschool to Kindergarten. The students will still get a chance to share supplies during centers and group projects. The materials in the chair pockets will be used for individual assignments.
