In the age of technology, we sometimes forget the need for the basic skills of communication and the importance of reading. Whether it be for scholastic reasons or pleasure, reading a book is wonderful. I want to encourage my class of Kindergarten to fifth grade students to take their Accelerated Reader time seriously and in order to do that, I want them to have a comfortable place in the classroom to do so. I would like to purchase a bean bag chair for each of my students in order for them to have a comfortable place to "call their own" while reading. Will you please help me in this endeavor by donating to our cause. Thank you.
