We want to use Kid Kindle Fires as part of our reading lessons. Most kids have tablets at home or phones so technology is part of their daily life. The kids would have daily time to improve their reading using different apps on the Kindles. There are numerous reading, comprehension and letter awareness apps that we would make use of. Also having Kindles would give our kids who need more visualization an easier time with reading. Some kids need to hear a word numerous times and others can read a book on their own. By having tablets, students could move forward at their own pace.
