Students will be able to use flexible seating during their remediation time. The 8th grade has struggled at our school because they are the youngest in the building. We have built a schedule that will give them more time to learn in areas where they are struggling. So we are working to create an exciting space for those students who need it most. This furniture and lighting will create a warm and inviting space that allows students to sit and engage with their teacher during their remediation time period. If it is inviting, hopefully students will be more likely to show up and work hard. Additionally, multiple teachers are going to share the space so having room dividers will allow teachers to create privacy and help each student get what they need.
