The addition of high interest books for reading aloud will allow for all students to be exposed and engaged with quality children's literature that will target essential literary concepts. Student interest in reading will increase. Students will be able to use the iPad, for reading, to provide access to reading sites and for research that will enhance their learning and create a classroom community of attentive readers. The usage of this device will allow for students to be excited about all genres of reading. Students will be excited about their learning when they are allowed to research or learn new content using technology.

About my class
