It can be challenging for students to remain focused when learning and working at their desks. The days of requiring students to "sit still" are over! Students need productive ways to focus their energy without disrupting their instruction. Providing chair bands and chair socks will give my students the freedom to move while learning in the classroom. Chair bands will allow my students to stretch and move their feet while sitting. By staying active in their chairs, my students will then be able to concentrate their attention on doing their best work. Chair socks will give my students an additional way to wiggle at their desks. Each student will be able to move freely in his or her chair without disturbing classmates with noise. By utilizing these tools, my students will be able to wiggle away while learning away!
