I teach second grade to 20 unique students. I want to empower my students to choose the environment that will let them learn best. Maybe is a wobble chair or a stool. Maybe it's a a wobble cushion or a kick band on their chair. I want to give student choice without having them bounce on balls all day. The items that I have chosen for this project have been shown in research that they allow kids some movement but still have to focus by using their core muscles to stay upright in the seat. This seems like a Win-Win!
