My students are struggling readers. I have the opportunity to work with them in small group intervention blocks and do not have the tools necessary to teach them. I need to have a library with leveled texts that allow for guided instruction. My student's needs require me to take them by the hand and teach them how to process reading a novel. This set of novels will greatly help to influence my students to become lifelong readers. I will use relevant and popular texts to show them how much fun reading can be! They need a guiding hand and a diverse set of texts.
