In our choice-based art studio, students envision, plan, and produce their own ideas into proof of learning. Media centers are built by the kids so they know where their materials are and how to use them appropriately. We are so excited to add a 3D printing center to our studio! Studio learning inspires infectious engagement and curiosity! Using “Big Idea” themes, kids will be navigating their 3D printing experience to make what uniquely inspires them to create. Having agency over their learning exponentially increases their self-confidence and allows them to trust the creative process. By adding a 3D printing center to our studio, we will be capable of using STEAM learning initiatives and extend their learning to other content areas, as well!
