Students will be able to read in Spanish in order to help improve their language skills. They will use the magazines to learn vocabulary, culture and customs of Spanish speaking countries. With the magazine they will get to explore so many more countries that they may one day be able to visit. Students will read and then discuss their reading with a partner in order to measure comprehension. After discussing their comprehension they will answer questions based on the reading. Students will be able to do activities within the magazine and then write a paragraph in Spanish about what they learned. By writing they will be able to increase their writing skills in both English and Spanish.
