Creating a classroom setting that caters to the needs of my students will impact how they grow in the teaching-learning environment. When students have a choice in their seating they will become more comfortable and focused, which will positively impact their academic achievements. Flexible seats result in less disruptive behavior and provide a quick and easy transition for working in pairs/groups for collaboration which good component that fosters social skills needed in and outside of the class environment. Headphones with mics will be ideal to help my ELLs (English Language Learners) practice listen and speaking English language and help to boost their confidence when communicating.
