My students struggle with expressing themselves and their feelings. The requested wellness reproduction and publishing interactive activities and the empowering question cards will aid me in starting the conversation of how to express themselves in a healthy way. This project will enhance my teaching because it will give me access to resources I can use to make my instruction more relatable and engaging in promoting good health for my students. Many of my students lack self-confidence and the positive affirmation stickers (motivational classroom posters, dry-erase calendar and wall art decal) will serve as constant reminders for them to believe in themselves and their abilities. During the first days of school, my students and I will use the bulletin board papers, staple gun, mailbox and the borders to decorate the classroom together before using the mindfulness game and empowerment cards to build positive relationships with my students. By donating to this project, you will help me to provide an outlet for my students to learn how to express themselves in a healthy manner and take personal ownership of their education.
