This year I am moving from 4th grade to 3rd grade, and I realized my book collection is more suited to 4th grade and above. I LOVE seeing kids get hooked on great books and become lifelong readers and learners. I want students to be inspired by people in history, intrigued by heroes, amazed by science and discovery, entertained by a great story, and encouraged by the human spirit. I want them to read to learn more about who they are and who they might become! I want kids to see themselves in the stories by experiencing books with people from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds. I want to fill my classroom with a wide variety of books to suit every taste and at every level.

About my class
