Flexible seating offers students the ability to take control of where and how they work. Each and every one of my kiddos is unique and they learn differently. When allowed to choose where they work, they are more engaged and eager to learn. I have a couple of limited options for flexible seating in my classroom and for those students who choose to use them, I have noticed a positive change in their attitude as well as their scores. My kiddos are extremely respectful of the options we already have. They share with each other and recognize that these options are there for them to improve their learning and their ability to grow. As we move forward, I want to provide my students with the resources they deserve and desire.
