Wobble seats allow my students to keep moving while they have seat work. When they are able to wobble while they are at their tables their bodies are getting an increase of oxygen flow to their brains, blood flow throughout their bodies, and strengthening their core muscles all at the same time! In turn, this also burns more calories and increases their metabolisms. This helps keep their young minds alert and focused! My students will also feel empowered by having some degree of choice and control in their environment. With these wobble seats you will be helping me create a learning space that is student centered!

About my class
