Making learning fun is all about hands-on learning. Students will be able to use manipulatives and ideas in order to enjoy the love of knowledge. They will be able to carry this knowledge through life. Science ideas such as life cycles with butterfly’s and frogs allow students to see our environment in a new way. As children begin to explore the world around them, aha moments will begin to take place. Learning about plants by using a hands-on model helps them identify parts of a plant. Using a see through container, we will be able to watch the growth of a seed, to a sprout and into a plant. Math manipulatives will also provide much fun which combines with the sciences.
