iPads are perfect for our Health and Physical Education classroom! Not only are they easy for little hands to work with, there are a plethora of apps to enhance student learning and bring technology into the gym! Students will use iPads to develop individual workout plans using Sworkit Kids. They will learn how to perform movement skills and provide effective peer feedback using different recording apps. They will explore healthy eating and analyze what’s in their lunch through Fooducate. There will be no more hurt feelings or arguments when we let the iPad pick teams. iPads will also provide instant access to students’ fitness testing scores and allow them to set goals for their health and well being. The possibilities are endless!
