I want to give my students a chance! The school district I am teaching in is in a very poor area where the students can't afford to buy their own supplies. The entire enrollent in this school is 50 students. With that, teachers aren't paid much, and at the same time, the students can't afford much. By helping me out, you will help to give these kids the school year they deserve, but that I can't give them on my own! My goal is to provide these students with everything they could possibly need for the school year to succeed. By doing this, no student will feel "uncool" because they couldn't afford a backpack or notebooks to write in. I know my students would be so excited and so so thankful to have everything provided for them.
