Math, Science, English, History, etc need traditional desks to help keep students focused on their learning. The arts: drama, speech, and humanities, however, need to be engaging and exciting to learn! Students need a classroom environment that is empowering the them to take hold of their own learning and run with it. One that promotes independence to help prepare the students for "the real world" after high school. This flexible seating will help eliminate the monotonous routine of the typical school day and promote a fun and engaging experience! Elective classes should be invigorating and fun! It should foster a healthy passion for knowledge of a subject that isn't explored in the day to day curriculum.
