In environmental science and forensics, we often perform labs, collect data, take notes, and brainstorm ideas. Spiral-bound notebooks will allow my students to keep up with all their assignments throughout the year, integrate creativity and flexibility into their learning, and build important study skills via interactive notebooks. Please consider donating to support these 11th and 12th graders! This year, the most requested science elective at my school was my inaugural forensic science class. Some activities we did in this class included taking body measurements, creating crime scene sketches, charting the effects of different drugs on the body, determine the angles of blood spatter, and much more. All of these lab reports, notes, and problems were performed in our interactive notebooks, which are integral to both this forensics class and my new, project-based environmental science class.
