Many times students come to Kindergarten without alphabet or number recognition. Using Osmos is one way students can learn these skills while having fun! We will use Osmos during reading/math center times at least three times weekly so all students may have the opportunity to use them. Once students know these skills they can move on to letter sounds and eventually reading skills. Once they know numbers they can build their knowledge and applications of numbers. Using fun innovative measures like Osmo can build solid academic foundations so our students can build their educational confidence in kindergarten as well as in the upper grades.
