Over the last eight years I have incorporated flexible seating into my classroom. Students have the option to sit on a stability ball or a wobble cushion. I would like to offer them a third option; a wobble seat. I’ve seen them used in another teacher’s class and they are awesome! Flexible seating allows my students to move and “wobble” while learning. It helps them exert their energy while putting their focus on learning! Students love to move and this allows them to move and learn at the same time. After having flexible seating in the classroom I would never go back to tradition chairs!
