There are three ways the headphones with microphones will help my students who all have access to computers: The microphones will allow students to record their voices when responding to a questions, create a summary, argue their point, or blog with other students. This allows others to listen to them and learn from them or give them feedback. The headphones allow students to work individually and listen to videos, block out other teaching that is occurring in the classroom while they are working and have text read to them while they are reading if they need to (without other student knowing they are doing it). This also allows Special Education and English as a Second Language students to use the headphones for modification or learning.
