These materials, such as the coding robots and designing structures, will allow the students to be creative. Every morning they will choose which activity they would like to explore as their morning work. The hands-on STEM activities will also be used for fast finishers. The discoveries they will make as they create a path for the marble to roll will increase their internal enthusiasm for learning about how the world works. They will not even know they are learning because they will be having fun. They can make connections to real life situations by manipulating the tools and stimulating their imagination!
