This project has basic classroom supplies that I will need throughout the year. This has pencils, binders, paper, notebooks, and headphones. Since English learners need to practice speaking in a safe environment, these headphones with a built-in microphone are a necessity for them to feel comfortable speaking freely. We will use the headphones in several different listening and speaking activities, where students work on their confidence to speak English and to understand English. This will help them with their every-day lives as they work hard to learn a difficult language! The binders and notebooks will help students organize their notes and ideas within my classroom.
