My goal is to create a safe and fun environment where students want to be and learn. I focus on getting kids to come to school and work their hardest. Speakers will allow students to have dances and music during “Fun Friday’s” or “attend dance." Students who have come to school for the entire week and month will be invited to a celebration! Incentive charts will make it very clear which students are making progress on their goals. While posters in the classroom remind them to keep a positive attitude and work hard! This will create a place students want to learn and grow!
