We are requesting flexible seating and fidget toys. Each day as students arrive they will get to choose their seating. As students learn and apply new knowledge, they will be able to move seating around as needed. This will enable students to grow in their application of knowledge, responsibility and collaboration skills. Because this type of seating also allows for more open space within the room, students will be able to move to different workstations as appropriate. Flexible seating is also a natural solution for students who require more support to work appropriately. Flexible seating also helps students to increase energy and creativity due to their movement opportunities.

About my class
