During the first year of the culinary arts program, we catered on-site only. This consisted of using paper plates, paper napkins, plastic utensils, and plastic cups. It is our desire to become more mobile with our catering potential and to grow into a more self-supported program. Our biggest project, to date, is September 26, 2019; catering to 80 people that could make or break our program. Word of mouth is critical to food service. This catering event is for our local tourism alliance. The impression we set here could set the tone for years to come. Help this program shine!
